A Visit to Henri in the US - No Office Found

Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States
Reason for this visit
East Asia and North America (primarily the United States) are the two largest cryptocurrency trading markets in the world, accounting for approximately half of the global cryptocurrency market volume. Compared to many exchanges in East Asia, US exchanges are subject to stricter regulations, and the US is home to the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, Coinbase. In an attempt to help investors to gain a more comprehensive understanding of current cryptocurrency exchanges in the US, WikiBit survey team decides to go to the country for on-site visits to local companies.
On-site visit
In this issue, the survey team went to the US to visit cryptocurrency exchange Henri as planned according to its regulatory address that 6005 Delmonico Dr., Ste. 150, Colorado Springs, Colorado, 80919.
The investigators conducted an on-site inspection of Henri based on the provided information. Upon arrival at 6005 Delmonico Drive, Colorado Springs, the team observed that the target building was a low-rise structure with an unremarkable exterior and no visible commercial signage. The rooftop prominently displayed the words “Colorado Springs Imaging,” while outdoor billboards listed services such as medical imaging and government services. This suggested the area was primarily occupied by medical-related institutions, with no apparent connections to finance, accounting, or Henri.
According to the provided records, the target address was Suite 150. A review of the building's exterior numbering and floor directory confirmed that Suite 150 was located on the first floor. Notably, however, no directional signage or identifiers for Henri were found on-site, contradicting expectations.
Upon entering the building lobby, the investigators first examined the tenant directory posted on the glass door. The directory clearly listed Suite 150 as “The Family Practice” (a family medical clinic), with no mention of Henri. The lobby itself was sparsely furnished, lacking a reception desk or corporate directory board. Following the signage, the team proceeded to Suite 150 on the first floor, where they found the unit number clearly displayed but the glass doors locked. Visible through the doors was a standard medical clinic layout—including waiting chairs, medication cabinets, and other healthcare furnishings—sharply contrasting with an office environment.
Although investigators accessed the building and reached the target floor, entry into Suite 150 was not possible. Photographs taken through the glass doors revealed an interior designed as a typical medical clinic, featuring a triage desk, patient privacy curtains, and healthcare promotional posters. No office equipment or financial documents were observed. Furthermore, Henri‘s branding was absent in all common areas (e.g., hallways, elevator bays), further diminishing the likelihood of the company’s presence.
To rule out oversight, investigators expanded their search by interviewing the building‘s property management. They confirmed that Suite 150 had been leased long-term by The Family Practice, with no record of Henri’s tenancy. A review of nearby business registries showed the area was predominantly occupied by medical facilities and small service providers, with no financial enterprises listed.
Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that Henri does not maintain a physical presence at the location.
Conclusion
The survey team went to the US to visit cryptocurrency exchange Henri but did not find the company at the regulatory address. Accordingly, investors should be meticulous in choosing the exchange.
