In this issue, the survey team went to Dubai in the UAE to visit cryptocurrency exchange GBE Broker as planned according to its regulatory address that Business Bay, The Binary Tower, 18th floor, Office 1809, Dubai, UAE.

The investigators came to the Binary Tower in Business Bay of in Dubai, the UAE for an on-visit to the exchanges office. The Binary Tower is a modern office building, one of the flagship commercial projects, in Business Bay. The fabulous location in the central business district provides an exceptional opportunity for retail enterprises to gain exposure, with top hotels nearby.

Upon arriving at the building for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted a spacious and elegant lobby with a reception desk. The spacious area implemented the exquisite décor, creating a sense of grandeur. However, with a few security guards on duty, the absence of a directory in the lobby made it somewhat inconvenient for visitors.

The inspection team then took the elevator to the 18th of the building and easily discovered the office 1809, where GBE Broker was situated with its company name prominently displayed on the door.

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the exchange has a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion
