On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Cyprus to visit cryptocurrency exchange JFD BANK as planned according to its regulatory address that 70 Kyrillou Loukareos, Kakos Premier Tower, 4156, Cyprus.

The investigators came to Kakos Premier Tower at 70 Kyrillou Loukareos in Limassol, the second largest city of Cyprus, for an on-site visit to the exchange's office. Located near the main road in a prosperous business district in downtown Limassol, the modern 4-story commercial building with an immaculate facade offers easy accessibility.

Upon arriving at the building for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted an eye-catching giant logo of “JFD Brokers” outside the building after searching the area, which appeared to be related to the broker “JFD BANK”. At the same time, there were many company logos displayed at the entrance.

Although people were not allowed to enter the building‘s lobby, the company logos of JFD BANK were prominently displayed both inside and outside the building, particular the striking logo of JFD Brokers outside. At the same time, the company’s name could be clearly seen on the intercom device, mailboxes, and indoor directory. Despite not being able to enter the company's offices, the existence of JFD Bank was verified by inspecting the building and communicating with the staff working there.

Thus, it is confirmed that exchange JFD BANK has a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Cyprus to visit cryptocurrency exchange JFD BANK as scheduled, and found the companys name at the aforementioned address. It indicates that the company has a physical business office at the place. Meanwhile, investors are advised to make a sensible decision following much deliberation.
