On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Canada to visit cryptocurrency exchange UEEx as planned according to its regulatory address that 2428 Islington Avenue Toronto, ON, Canada M9W3X8.

The investigators came to 2428 Islington Avenue in Toronto of Ontario, Canada for a visit to the exchanges office on December 14, 2023, and located Elmhurst Plaza, a low-rise building, near the less bustling street.

Upon arrival at the building without security for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted a simple directory, which didn‘t display any information pertinent to UEEx. According to the company’s address, no specific unit number was shown.

Upon searching all units in the building, the inquiry team failed to see any sign of UEEx.

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the company doesnt have a presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Canada to visit cryptocurrency exchange UEEx, but didnt find the company at its regulatory address. This signifies that the company might just register at the place without a physical business office. Therefore, investors should be meticulous in choosing the exchange.
