Unable to contact customer service, I attempted a small test withdrawal of 20 USDT. The exchange indicated that the transaction was completed, but in reality, the funds were not withdrawn. Please be cautious and do not be deceived by the exchange; withdrawals are not being processed.

Since February 28th, the promised cashback service has not been fulfilled, and customer service has acknowledged that the exchange maliciously scammed funds. Please do not trust this exchange.

Datum Exchange informed that the cash giveaway service for 2/28 had been paid for. However, as the deadline on 2/27 approached, customer service became unreachable and unresponsive. While other inquiries through different methods received some customer service interaction, any questions regarding the UID or the cash giveaway were met with no response or were deleted from message records.
