Since March 11, 2025 when I made a withdrawal order to be transferred to my financial institution that withdrawal never showed up. In addition, I have an unable to log into the account since that date receiving a message that authentication had failed please try again. I have tried again no fewer than two dozen times. I have tried accessing the account with the forget password feature and have been unable to enter the verification code to change my password and enter the account. I have made several attempts at emailing with no response. I have made several attempts to communicate with customer service with no response.
